AJ in 2025 – our year, by our team

We’ve had a truly fantastic 2025. And like everyone else, we’re always ecstatic with a new client acquisition or a winning campaign. However, it’s the smaller, lasting victories that really give us the warm and fuzzies. They might not make the headlines, but these personal highlights are ultimately what drive and inspire us.

We have found that whilst clients come (and sometimes go) and even the best campaigns eventually get forgotten, it’s the little wins that really leave a lasting impression. These quiet successes are the achievements that bring real fulfilment and drive long-term, measurable results.

As 2025 draws to a close we’d like to take the time to celebrate our staff. Individually and as a team they’ve had a wonderful year. Each one of them making a real impact to AJ and our clients. Whether solo breakthroughs or team victories, these snapshots collectively reveal how far we’ve all come this year. And, let’s be honest, hearing about how our turnover is up by XX% or we’ve gained X new clients this year is deathly dull… So let’s hear it from the team….

What the team has loved in 2025

Limited parking has become an unexpected opportunity. I now park 20 mins from the office. This means I get a good walk on twice a day. It is good after the school run madness to have a bit of headspace so I can prepare for the day. And at the end of a busy day I can get myself from “work” to “Mum” mode.  Alice – MD

The Yankee candle Mother’s Day campaign was a personal highlight. Being involved in the whole process was fantastic. It was a great experience and gave us the scope to work with lots of new. emerging media opportunities. Jack Gillett – Media Manager

My highlight of the year would be the development of the creative team. Their creative concepts have come on leaps and bounds. Specifically, Kayleigh has really excelled this year and I couldn’t be happier with her progression. Ibby – Creative Manager

I’ve really enjoyed helping AJ grow audio advertising as a service. We’ve made some exciting moves in the world of podcast advertising and it’s great to see first-hand how this medium is evolving and developing. Kat – Media Account Manager

My highlight has to be my Rising Stars feature in the Bath Life Magazine! The other has to be Sienna joining the TV team. She’s smashing it and her joining has allowed me to take on more responsibilities. Jack Waldron – Media Executive

It’s been an absolute pleasure to see how Sienna and Jack have developed this past year. I’m so pleased to see how well Sienna has settled into the TV team. Jack has been absolutely brilliant, so reliable and a real asset. I think the TV team is the strongest it’s ever been! Eva – Head of TV

I’ve really enjoyed having the opportunity to develop my skillset this year which has given me the confidence to try new approaches and work on some interesting projects. Jess – Junior Artworker & Designer

I’ve really loved working with Ibby and Tim on new creative concepts. I’ve learnt a lot and am super proud of the work we have produced. Helen – Senior Communications Manager

So there you have it…

…what’s important to us and what inspires us to get out of bed every morning. It’s heart-warming to read how many of us recognise and appreciate the effects other team members have made on us personally. This shows how we all make an impact on everyone else, whether we’re aware of it or not.

What also struck us was how these modest wins actually fuel our bigger accomplishments. There’s an undeniable thread connecting these personal milestones to our headline achievements—proof that sustained success doesn’t just come from the grand triumphs, but from the steady accumulation of everything we accomplish, together and individually.

If you’d like to be part of the AJ’s success story in 2026 get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
