A true media all rounder with a solid direct response background. Solene explores all options, delivering podcast advertising campaigns that drive response. She brings specialised experience in Women’s Fashion and exceptional skill in engaging mature, affluent audiences. 

Kat: Media Account Manager
Kat joined AJ in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of podcast experience. She loves to really drill down into a target audience to understand what makes them tick. Kat specialises in targeting hard to reach groups, such as Gen z and younger affluent males. 

Ibby: Creative Manager/Scriptwriter
Ibby leads the AJ creative team to create impactful communications that drive response and build brand awareness. With extensive screen and audio script writing experience he knows how to make memorable podcast advertising that inspires action.

Helen: Copywriter
